Great service and the flowers we ordered were really beautiful!
Ordered some flowers for my mother for her birthday online through their site. 5 minutes after putting in the order, the store called to let me know that was not available and promptly made a substitution. There were no additional transactions needed. I had no idea about flowers, so I asked the lady on the phone to just go with what is good within the planter variety. My mom got her flowers within an hour and I think they upscaled my order because it was stunning. 10/10, will use Kelly's Flowers again!
