Extremely rude and I at first thought it was just the office staff (so I was going to just take the high road). However, today I realized it was Wayne himself. You might say, well as long as you get your vehicle fixed- however I assure you there are other places around Bay County and soon with an attitude like theirs he will soon learn. Also, for an establishment that is within $20 of the dealership costs many times; it isn’t worth it.
