Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Dr McIntyre is our family doctor, she sees several members of my family and all think very highly of her. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I'm not sure what experience the other reviewer had, but the office staff have always been courteous to me.

Dr McIntyre's practice is most unprofessional. Office staff are rude, unhelpful and generally uncaring to patients. In addition they do not keep the patient informed. My recommendation is that you choose any other practice than Community Medical Assoc located in Audubon Hospital Plaza, Louisville, KY.
