Clean, bright office in a desirable location. Took me on time for basic cleaning and a doctor's checkup, which explained in detail a small cavity that will be filled during my next appointment.
This office is dysfunctional and incompetent. I was treated very badly. I went for my routine 6 month cleaning appointment like I have for many years. She spent most of the 1 1/2 hours doing unnecessary procedures and very little time on cleaning leaving my gums sore for 3 days. I requested someone different for the next cleaning. I was then informed that was his girlfriend. The next 2 appointments were for crown replacement with his assistant. Dr ferraro is a very caring doctor who takes the time to make sure each patient is taken care of and satisfied with his dentistry.
Very professional great experience haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time made me feel extremely comfortable and actually look forward to going back
