We have used them before and never had this problem. We had an appt with the installers 9-930 am, they showed up 11:35. Installers blame the shop, the general manager blames the installers and did not really seem to care that I sat in an empty house from 9:00am-11:35 just waiting. All along very disappointed today in the service.

It was a pleasure working with this company .I purchased hardwood and carpeting for my home and the knowledgeable staff assisted me throughout the process. Kelley Karpets Nice helpful staff and decent showroom. They are good about getting the stuff you order in a timely manner. Never had anyting installed, but heard good things about their work.

Large Inventory Large inventory of carpet, vinyl and flooring material as well as area rugs Usually have good prices on remnants. They will arrange installation. Never sure if you're getting the right scoop on quality since there are so many different styles and choices. They try to pusk there house items so you can't compare prices with other stores.

Nothing Spectacular I got my bedroom carpets form this place, they delivered them a littlle late and set them up alright, but not perfectly. They had an ok selection of carpets but I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. Prices were about the same as anywhere else. I'd probably shop around before trying them again.
