I typically never do this, but I'm frustrated. I've been told every week for 3 weeks (naming specific days) that my fridge would be repaired, but every week there has been a different reason why they can't make it out. I bought the part ($$$) in anticipation of it being fixed, but if they didn't have time to do the repair I would have appreciated the honest truth so I could've hired another company. 3 weeks without a fridge with kids is rough.
