I personally know both Jonathan and Charles. While I know they do a great deal of bankruptcy (and I have been blessed to not experience that), I have asked them for advice on other topics and they are incredibly knowledgeable. Bankruptcy, estate planning, litigation, real estate - they are great attorneys, great people and I would certainly recommend them.
I contacted Johnathan Clements regarding an old issue about the title of my home. He is a very good person. We talked for about 30 minutes and he explained what needed to be done. He said this was something that I could do myself and he really didn't need to assist. He would not accept any payment for the time he spent.
