They took far too long to complete the work and caused additional damage in the process. Worse, they made no effort to repair that damage, as if I wouldn’t notice. Overall, they’ve proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. They also tend to overcharge.

Awful customer service and repair. We booked our car in for panel repair, and was expecting to pick up after 4 days of work. We were told on day 4 that the camera couldn't be calibrated, and the car had to be sent back to manufacture for camera calibration. Instead of having a car with a scratched panel, and now I end up with a car with no front camera. The most awful part is that they didn't tell us they couldn't do calibration or there was a chance of such delay, so we could make arrangements. Instead, they made it OUR pro... read more
