Kelley remodeling did an excellent job of replacing cedar boards and painting them on the outside of our house. They also did a wonderful job replacing the water damaged shelf below our kitchen sink. They were on time and worked diligently on the projects. We are very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism.
We had Kellett finish approximately 1000 sq. ft. of basement space into a TV room, extra bedroom and a full bathroom. Project took approximately 4 months to complete. The project took a little longer than anticipated, but staff turnover, snowy weather and materials on backorder held up the process. Kellett remodeling is the most unorganized disaster I have ever seen. The person in charge, Kassandra, has no construction experience other than Google and YouTube. Kassandra does not know how to use basic tools, use basic materials or even read a tape measure. In my short time working for this awful company I witnessed MANY unsafe and illegal practices. Don’t do business with Kellett Remodeling. They fired Sierra after her work day because she “took too long” and it “wasn’t good enough”. She did this job completely alone and it took her only about one week after the “project manager” ordered the wrong materials twice. She got screamed at/cussed out by her boss on the daily for silly things, for example, her boss getting a ticket and it was sierras fault because she called Sierra and was on the phone not watching her speed and got a ticket.
