DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company gave a date for appraisal, missed the date by 3 days and started ignoring their phone. My lender had someone call them from another number and they answered once and then wouldn’t answer again. They literally dodged the calls for a week. I was supposed to close on 6/4. I have yet to close. My interest rate expired while waiting for them to do their part. They submitted the appraisal and did it incorrectly so I still had to wait on them.
