EDIT: in addition to the below issue from this shop. They told me my rear wheel bearings and hub assembly needed replaced which they quoted $1000 for the fix. I got a second opinion at a local dealership and my wheel bearings are all completely fine. No repair needed. I took my car here to get fixed after I ended up with diesel in an unleaded engine. My family has been long-time frequenters of this Kellers and have had overall great experiences. I most recently brought my car in for a break replacement and oil change, and the staff were lovely. They were willing to work with me on price, were incredibly respectful and informative, and provided an overall very positive atmosphere. As a young woman, I have had negative experiences in auto places before, but I highly recommend this location because of the staff that work there.
EDITED REVIEW: Multiple issues in recent months - service seems to have gone downhill. They replaced our brake fluid for the system go out less than 100 miles later - and then had an issue with a transmission that they replaced that is no longer working.
Great help today mu first visit. Chris was awesome in explaining the issue I had with my Subaru. I will definately return. Very professional and helpful.
My first vehicle service with them replacing a sway bar link system was friendly and provided excellent value for service compared to the rip off prices some other shops nearby try to get away with. I recommend them and will be a repeat customer.
