I came here because of the great Facebook recommendations. I needed an earring adjusted that someone in Vancouver had already tried to repair unsuccessful. Not only was Keller’s able to actual fix it on the spot but then it also was free of charge even though I am not one if their regular customers! The staff was absolutely lovely while I waited and I can only highly recommend this shop.
we just stopped in to take a look at engagement rings. we left after about 5 minutes of looking around by ourselves without any of the staff offering assistance or really acknowledging us.
Kellers way above and beyond with the detail and quality. The team is excellent and very helpful with newcomers. End result is superb.
Excellent work BUT make sure quotes are in writing. We trusted verbal quotes. Actual price did not match. Fool me once.
