Hold times are absolutely unbearable. I put an order in nearly 11 hours ago and have not seen permits yet. I have now been on hold for over an hour with no one else in the que. Find a different permit company this is ridiculous. Negative 37 stars. This company should go out of business.
been trying to get oversized permits since tuesday, today friday I call in for an update get asked if i want to get a call back sure. 5 hours later no call back. call in, 10th person in the Q.... 2 1/2 hours on hold....... do they have 1 person working? how is that even possible?! also still no information on permits yet I was charged over $700 already. never using JJ Keller again

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PERMITS FROM HERE. CHARGED ME $132 DOLLARS FOR 2 SINGLE TRIP PERMITS AFTER I CALLED TO CANCEL THEM CAUSE THEY CANCELLED THE LOAD. IM SORRY SIR WE DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS ON PERMITS. I ASKED WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT OM YOUR WEBSITE? SIR IT DOESN'T, BUT ITS OUR POLICY. RUN!!.
