I would absolutely recommend using Alyssa Gray! She went absolutely above and beyond to help my husband and I find the right home for us and was very informational throughout the whole process and again I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
I had a terrible experience as a first-time homebuyer with this firm/Domenico Grillo. Dual agency was never properly explained (but I was supposed to know that since his sign was out front?), I received zero negotiation support, and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. Terrible experience My agent, Jason Bell did not stand up for me. I was given 24 hours to move out of my house after I had been told multiple times that I had 4 more days. The move date had been changed 2 other times to accommodate the other people involved. I didn't get a walk through. When I moved in the house was filthy and things specifically stated in the contract not to take were taken and I had no help trying to recover.
