We arrived at the property for a showing and no one was there. We attempted to contact the realtor company and they did not respond for a long while until I sent them several texts stating we had drove an hour to see this one house and no one was there. We also felt very unsafe in this neighborhood despite the listing leading people to think it was in a nice neighborhood. Katrina is an absolute go getter, she and her team work very hard to get results. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tampa area
Our experience working with the Madewell Group was Fabulous. We started looking for a home in this crazy market and initially were not working with an agent. We were interested in a home Katrina and her team were listing. That one didn't end up working out but they followed up with us and jumped in to assist us as buyers along this process.
