As soon as I told Ivory I was a single person, she told me the house was to big for me and rudely asked what my credit score and income was. She may be experienced but she sure is judgemental and rude. I have a over 800 credit score make more then the required rent and on top of that 0 late payments on anything and your going to treat me like that.
Ivory is a very resourceful and experienced agent. She guided us through our purchase and offers great recommendations. Great for investment and primary residences.
