I was standing outside their office near the Freeman Arts Pavilion about to walk down the block for a concert. A very nice sales person came out with a Keller Williams bag (clear...you could see inside it) and said "here, they're not going to let you in with that bag on your shoulder". My black bag looked like a back pack. The Keller Williams bag says Jennifer Hughes, Realtor, Associate Broker. They don't take ownership for their short comings. They must've been spoiled by the surge during covid. I fully expect a call from a lead.
My wife (Linda) and I worked with Joe Sterner to find our home in Delaware. It took just over a year to find the right house.
