Cindy Broeker has and unprofessional attitude, She is a listing agent not a selling agent. If you ask her to do her job it wont happen. Wants to list your home for cheap so she doesn't have to work or spend any money or time marketing your home. Would not recommend. Even her broker is unprofessional. If you complain they don't care they will just drop your listing. Take everything down then slander you and lie about what happened.
