Keller Williams, your agent Edgar Rascon is VERY UNETHICAL! He has poor communication skills and intentionally doesn’t respond to calls or emails from other realtors. He lies to clients about having multiple offers (when it’s been proven that he has no other offers) to boost up the sales price. I intend to report you to AZRE.GOV. You should be ashamed of yourself! There is no need to be greedy and unethical in a market as hot as Phoenix where literally houses sell themselves.
