Katie agreed to have a $93,000 commission of mine pass through her office, and in the almost 1 year that has passed since then, there's been a series of "the check's in the mail" situations along with all the most bizarre excuses one could possibly imagine, and to this day I haven't been paid. By all appearences, for anyone that places any value on the integrity of their professionals, you'll want to make sure to avoid her at all costs

Great experience with Katie Townsend. She listed and sold our property very quickly. We were very pleased with our offer and how easy the process was. Definitely recommend her and the Keller Williams team.

2 stars only because she was very nice in person. But communication is almost non existent. And then didn't show up to the office after she agreed to an appointment time. Then no call to apologize or answer questions. Cannot recommend.
