I had most unpleasant experience with David Lewerke, who represented the buyer for my mom's rental properties. He was rude and did not seem to know or care about anything other then his commission. He left appliances, furniture and deposits and pro rated rents out of his poor buyers contract. Which made a lot more work for me and my realtor. If he had any pride in his work, he would be offering compensation, to my realtor, the buyer and me for doing his job.. He certain did not deserve to make his 2% commission for his part ... read more
