I had most unpleasant experience with David Lewerke, who represented the buyer for my mom's rental properties. He was rude and did not seem to know or care about anything other then his commission. He left appliances, furniture and deposits and pro rated rents out of his poor buyers contract. Which made a lot more work for me and my realtor. If he had any pride in his work, he would be offering compensation, to my realtor, the buyer and me for doing his job.. He certain did not deserve to make his 2% commission for his part ... read more
Very friendly and efficient office and staff.
In the holiday spirit they offered a contest for school clubs to decorate a Christmas tree according to their theme, with a $500 award to highest voted club. Three schools participated, spending time and club money to decorate a tree. All three clubs now being told they did not have enough sponsors to cover$500 award, so receive nothing. Bah humbug..
