KW Elite must teach dishonesty and coercion to their agents as I had the misfortune to use Yvette Sanabria as my Buying Agent and she was absolutely useless to me. She actually worked against me and sided with the selling agent, Betty Klepetka (KW Gateway, LLC, Nottingham, MD). I would not have bought a house of horrors if these two women were decent human beings that followed the Real Estate code of ethics. I would not recommend KW Elite or KW Gate, LLC, Nottingham, MD to anyone and especially agents Yvette Sanabria and Betty Klepetka. They are two of the worst real estate women I have ever met. I do not recommend either real estate company either because they do not hold their agents accountable for their dasterly deeds. Both these agents are dishonest, money hungry wretches that will lie to you, coerce you, and stoop to any measure to get their commissions.
