Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was Rushed to signed a Promise to Lease and at the very last minute, the agent Katia Khouri backed out and gave the place to someone else — with no proper explanation. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It caused me serious stress, wasted time, and disrupted my entire moving plans. Now I have 2 days to find a place to live while I had options that I have said no to. Very bad business culture.
