There has been a rent dispute for September 2025. The representative, Edwin Flores, falsely claimed that my payment “bounced.” After confirming with him in person at the Chase Bank branch in Edgewater that the payment did not bounce, he then claimed that the bank had “sided with me.” This reflects very unprofessional communication. Broker of record TJ is unprofessional. Reached out about offer on thier office listing and he was extremely rude, chastising us about pricing and 'reality of the market'. The property eventually sold for far less that what we were offering but he never gave us a chance to get our offer to seller, instead chose to make more money as dual agent. As a representative of this office and of a nationwide firm, their conduct needs to be monitored and held accountable.
