My experience could only have been better if I had waited until Spring to list. But that was my choice and luckily I was talked out of it. During the period after listing, we (my KW broker & me, mostly my broker) were able to make improvements for showing and that made it definitely show much better, ergo. Value. I couldn’t be happier.
