I used Wayne and his team to sell my house and 11+ acres in North Texas. They did a great job advising me on what was a residential sale with significant commercial potential. I received more than the price of the property as given by 2 other realtors because of the commercial potential (which they didn't even mention). When I needed to store some farm equipment in event of a quick sale, Wayne even offered to help move it and store it! So yeah, they did really well for me.

Wayne, Rebecca and their team worked hard to get the house sold in this changing market. There are advantages this team offers over others: 1) they know/live in the neighborhood so they can communicate the uniqueness 2) they know what a buyer at this price point expects , 3) they have expert stagers, and 4) two-way communication is a priority - they give you prospect feedback during the process.
