Absolute butcher with the vehicles they work on . Cut unneeded parts out instead of unbolting them , so if you need to take the controls out your vehicle it’s never the same . Could have removed the tilt lever but cut it off with a saw . Only provider in this area for the VA , make the trip to Allentown instead . Avoid at all costs . Plus he is ignorant .
