I am grateful to Keller for making it possible to convert my basement into an accessory dwelling unit (in-law apartment). After investing a lot of time and money on the project, I had to stop because the basement was taking in water. Then I wasted more time and money on: gutter repair, gutter reconfiguration and dry wells. I was about to give up when I heard about Keller. So glad! They got the job done. Thank you, Keller!
I called Keller to my home to help rectify the water problem occurring in my basement in 2018. Besides the water, we had a terrible mold problem, as well, which Keller remediated prior to installation of the interior french drain system. Years ahead, to this day, we have had no water in our basement. Our basement smells and feels completely dry. They cane in at the lowest bid and the finished job looks like a bargain basement. I guess you get what you pay for. Do not hire.
Horrible customer service! If I could rate a 0 or negative stars I would. I called to get a quote for foundation and floor/slab cracks and was told to get a call back. Nothing! I called again and was asked to send pictures of the basement, I did but still no call! I went with another company, and got them to come my house immediately. We had a pool installed which caused our yard to pitch toward our house. This resulted in water from the ground and the roof to build up around my foundation and into my basement. I called Keller Waterproofing to resolve the issue; they were great. Jim spent over an hour surveying my property. When he was done, he gave me a detailed diagram and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to eliminate the water from my foundation. We choose Keller to do the work and scheduled the project.
