Joe removed a large Sweet Gum Tree and stump. We have used his services to previously remove a large pine tree. Did a great job! Highly recommend him
Keller tree service took advantage of my retired parents, who contracted him to "top" a big cottonwood in their yard , because of concerns of it falling on their house. After cutting off all the lower branches( about 3 -4 hours of work) he told my father he cant cut anymore of it will kill it. The top branches were never even touched. The original estimate, they voiced their concerns and made it clear about topping it. Attached is receipt, stating "top" cottonwood and pictures of an untopped cottonwood.
We ask for the tree to be topped It was not. We were basically screwed for what we paid. Only lower limbs cut!
