Quality USA made equipment and supplies, great service from knowledgeable staff.
The guys in will call look and act as if they work in a prison. Not polite at all
Let me just say Windy was incredibly helpful and patient with picking up a bathtub and getting my the right combo of faucets/accessories to make a gorgeous bathroom. She even helped find a toto drake toilet with a small bowl (only one around and it was in california). If you are looking for quality, Keller is the spot!
If you want to be treated like an inconvenience, go here. We stopped in a year ago, and it would have been nice if they would have come right out and told us they didn't sell to the public. We still tried to get help by phone last week, and I didn't understand why the manager was so rude. Finally, the Salem store admitted they wouldn't deal with us. Don't waste your time. They won't help the public -- only contractors, who will jack up the price for their cut. So you will end up paying for two "middlemen". So we are forced t... read more
