The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and took the time to assist me with ordering a couple of plumbing parts I needed. The new manager was especially helpful and made the whole experience easy. Great customer service and a great team—I’ll definitely be back!

My recent experiences at Keller were the best customer service I've received at any service-oriented business in over a decade. Stopped here on a rec from a friend who's a plumber. Needed to replace cracked sinks. Ron was super helpful, knew exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions. We had the faucets with us so he made sure they included everything we needed. I mentioned that our hot water connector for the clothes washer was leaking and he even had the guys in the back get me a new rubber washer. Thanks so much!
