I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received from Drew Saunders while shopping at Keller Supply in Clackamas. I walked in without an appointment (not realizing it is required for quotes) and he helped me pick out finishes for my kitchen/bathroom remodel. He is extremely knowledgeable being a plumber himself. He told me what I should look for when purchasing products (avoid plastic parts inside finishes) to make sure I get a quality product at an affordable price. He is such a kind, caring individual. Stopped here on a rec from a friend who's a plumber. Needed to replace cracked sinks. Ron was super helpful, knew exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions. We had the faucets with us so he made sure they included everything we needed. I mentioned that our hot water connector for the clothes washer was leaking and he even had the guys in the back get me a new rubber washer. Thanks so much!
