Very, helpful friendly staff. Lots of dispays and product to choose from.
Wonderful service with an impressive showroom showing a good assortment of plumbing fixtures. Looking forward to setting an appointment to take a closer look at some items but really happy with the help I received from simply walking in. I didn’t know appointments were recommended.
Great plumbing store pour help from the people that work for them that cost hours of working/ billing hours.
My view is its a hostile work environment. Dock crew was late unloading and the person in charge was calling his crew "Pansies". I would not be putting a 100% in if im getting put down.
My shower pan was delivered damaged. I sent it back and they redelivered the same one. This time my plumber sent it back and they finally sent a new one. Delayed my job a week.
