If customer service is important to you, this is not the place to go. My husband and I went in fully expecting to spend money. We were the only people in there the entire time. We were not greeted, we did not get asked if we needed help, and no good-bye. Not a single word was uttered to us while we were there. Not sure how they’re in business.
A lovely showroom chuck full of great options. What makes this place so awesome is the staff. We have been working with Carolyn for a few projects and are grateful for her knowledge, good cheer, and amazing care. They may not be the least expensive option around, but we found them to be the best due to the way we were treated.

Wonderful service with an impressive showroom showing a good assortment of plumbing fixtures. Looking forward to setting an appointment to take a closer look at some items but really happy with the help I received from simply walking in. I didn’t know appointments were recommended.
