Amazing and thorough customer service! I had no idea what I wanted and Shyla took the time to walk me through all of my options. She was patient, kind, and answered all of my questions. She’s clearly knowledgeable in her department, and helped me to create a solid plan. The showroom is beautiful! Inspiration for anyone who’s unsure of their next steps.
Thanks to Shyla, we have a new single-basin kitchen sink. Our counter is Paperstone, and the existing double-basin sink had an unusual radius on the corners. Shyla persisted, figured out how to measure the radius, and found the perfect match from Kraus. We’re thrilled and it wouldn’t have happened without her knowledge. Thank you, Keller and Shyla!
My husband and I have gone to Keller twice in the last few years. Shyla Thiesfeld has helped us both times. She has gone out of her way to help us replace two items, one of which was for the kitchen, and the other for our bath. Even though Shyla is in sales, she helped us on both occasions contact the company who produced the broken items. On one occasion, the company replaced the kitchen faucet part free of charge. You get what you pay for; quality fixtures and products with knowledgeable staff. Shyla is amazing and I wouldn't have the beautiful bathroom I have without her! She has an eye for detail and recommended amazing tiles and fixtures to complete the look. She worked with our Contractor as well for a seamless renovation. My bathroom is now the best place in my house! And why shouldn't it be, we all spend a lot of time there.... ;)
