I called Keller Strings from a performance in which my bridge collapsed, and Danielle was able to get Paula into the shop to help me out at last minute’s notice so that I could make it to my next gig on time. John came in to help as well. These guys are resourceful, reasonably priced, generous and lovely. Paula, John and Danielle, thank you!!!!
Love the folks here at Keller strings! They did an excellent job with my bow rehair and repaired a massive bass bar crack in my old instrument quickly and it sounds better than ever!
Keller strings will be my go to shop every time I come to New Orleans. Not only did they provide a choice between two nice violins for short term rental, but they also gave me recommendations for a jazz improv music teacher! John and Danielle are absolutely delightful people. Funny too. Everyone should see them.
I had such a lovely first time at the shop yesterday - great people, great conversation, great service. I am so happy to find a new luthier in this area when I can't get back to mine at home. I can't wait to return!
