I have utilized the services of Keller/Postman and found them to be amazing in their attention to my goals and concerns and conveyed a strong sense of caring. When contacting them I never had issues with a lack of communication. I highly recommend them to family and friends.
I was tricked into signing a contract via online, I was charged 40% of my settlement..in which I don't recall seeing on the contract, I was lead to believe that they were going to research my past claim and amend it with the new one,so that I would qualify for a bigger settlement, but that was not the case! I did my research when looking for a law firm to file my claim and Keller Postman came through for me on my settlement for my ******************* Leukemia. Yes, they need to get paid and yes you supposedly can just file the paperwork yourself but anyone that has dealt with the VA knows what a mess that is. No communication for 2 years. You can never get ahold of them and they will never call you back. I believe that this is a scam! Don't rely on an attorney that isnt in a vicinity of you and cant actually reach out and speak with them. They say that whatever money they collect from this Class action Lawsuit" they will take 45% and then divvy it up from how many people have joined this class action lawsuit of *******************.

Keller Postman is awesome law firm to deal with, very professional- integrity and responsive. However, when an Estate has to be re-opened such as a wrongful death and a separate Probate firm is assigned to handle, that's where you get screwed over ! As in the wrongful death litigation claims involving *******************, only wish it had been clarified more upfront on the ambiguity of being able to file a claim after having served as the Personal Representative of the deceased person's estate at time of death.
