I feel they are doing the best they can dealing with the Government. People expect fast action and results, the Government doesn't work that way. I received a call back from Keller Postman today letting me know to expect my payment sometime this week honestly the problem stemmed from Venmo my choice to receive my funds they rejected because my phone number changed wont do that again but the frustration is how long its taken to get my funds reissued im sure they are dealing with thousands of clients on top of it so i do think they are a reputable company just frustrated with the delay
