Dont hire this guy Jeff and his team. They just want to bill you for things that are unjust, and lie about the process. No confidence they know what they are going. Feels like a bait and switch.
We engaged this firm believing our matter would be a routine small claims issue. That was the understanding communicated at the outset. Clients rely on their attorneys to set realistic expectations about complexity, cost, and process. The level of effort and billing expanded significantly beyond what was understood, turning into a much more involved process without clear alignment or warning about how costs were growing.
I reached out to the Keller Law Group to help bring closure to my FA case. Jeff put Mrs. Carls on my case who didn’t do a thing besides charge me a ton of $$$ to set temporary orders. I’ve done more representing myself in 2 appearances than Krista did in 7 months. If you value your time with your children.. plz find other representation than this group of jokers. Your effort towards my case was way below what should be acceptable.
Watching my husband go through with what should have been a simple recalculation of child support for one more year of child support has turned into a circus with no result.
