I purchased a Clear Dream device to help prevent snoring in May of 2015. It broke several times near one of the adjustment screws on the lower piece, and each time the lab was contacted by my dentist and made repairs. The device is advertised to be made of unbreakable material and I followed all the instructions for using it and cleaning it.
