I purchased 6 salon chairs and they ALL ripped within 8 weeks. They offered to replace them but with such poor quality I requested a refund. They said they would give me a refund but not $300 to cover the shipping. So now I have 6 chairs I will have to pay to get dispose of…..I’m out $300 and I still have to purchase chairs. Very happy with my new Adams chair from Keller. Ashleigh was fantastic at explaining the ordering process and answered all of my questions. The chair is very well built and overall I couldn’t be happier.
Bought 10 styling chairs 2 1/2 years ago, hydraulics are all going bad and footrest are falling off, I spent about $300 or more on each chair I don’t recommend
