HORRIBLE!! Honestly too long to describe, and I’m done putting thought and energy into our flooring and trim. I trusted Lowe’s to do right, but absolutely not by using these guys. They measured the trim wrong three times. Honestly impressive. They said the job was done and they installed about 30% of the trim. Hahahahahah. I had to go pickup my own material twice. Keller Interiors is easily the most inept group of contractors I have ever come across, and to qualify that statement I have been designing and coordinating the construction of construction projects throughout the western US since 1997, including the second largest construction project in the world at one point and nothing rises to the level of absolute incompetence that their entire organization has shown over the span of months trying to get a very basic flooring project of approximately 100 sq. ft. installed. I was unfortunately forced to go with Keller for a Lowe’s Installation. I’d never hire Keller again for free even - no communication whatsoever and they did a poor job!! I’m not satisfied with quality at all.
Ive been In My home 49 yrs & counting! I ordered flooring from lowes, 3 rd party installers are Keller interiors. Before showing up, the installer called me twice, trying to reschedule, (it was obvious he was t going to work that day) when he arrived , he ripped off the protection paper I had applied ,taped down, in every room.. he didn’t need to remove the protected cardboard, he knew he wasn’t going to be installing my floor! He proceeded to go around with his long level, trying to find unevenness, he found two small areas... read more
