I was unfortunately forced to go with Keller for a Lowe’s Installation. I’d never hire Keller again for free even - no communication whatsoever and they did a poor job!! I’m not satisfied with quality at all.
Ive been In My home 49 yrs & counting! I ordered flooring from lowes, 3 rd party installers are Keller interiors. Before showing up, the installer called me twice, trying to reschedule, (it was obvious he was t going to work that day) when he arrived , he ripped off the protection paper I had applied ,taped down, in every room.. he didn’t need to remove the protected cardboard, he knew he wasn’t going to be installing my floor! Overcharged Estimated job no refund for labor associated with installing plywood that was not necessary, I returned plywood that wasn't installed along with several materials. No adjustment was made for cheaper job upsaling unessesary work for profit
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst install I have ever seen. First off, they were supposed to lay a vinyl floor in our bathroom. This included installation and removal of existing flooring. When they arrived, the installer said it looked like way too much work because the floor had to be leveled before the installation and they literally just took off! Armando and his crew did a great job installing our carpet. They were punctual, friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with the result.
