My experience has been incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and still unresolved. This company uses very incompetent installers- they damaged my plumbing and discoloured my white marble by not using what was specified on the back of the the tile directions- beware stay away from this company- they have many lawsuits filed against them- they broke the existing marble Along the walls while doing the floors- the messed up the job once had me wait 4- months to redo it and used the wrong thinset again- now refusing to redo so I am filing a law suit. Contracted through Lowes and I must say everything has been horrible so far. Keller had reached out to say initially that the carpet I chose would not work on stairs. I let them know that there are no stairs involved in the room being installed. The gentleman stated he would look into it and call me back. No call back and I went to Lowe's to see what was going on. I scheduled and paid for a carpet installation over a month ago and was supposed to have the carpet installed today. I have received no follow up phone call, email, or confirmation of their arrival today. I have contacted Keller Interiors multiple times today and haven’t been able to speak to anyone but a voicemail. Their automated phone service makes it very difficult and time consuming to navigate. As an interior designer and renovator, I would never work with this company again.
