HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Schedule my appointment for the one day I requested not to have an appointment I called rescheduled they scheduled it for the following Monday at 7:30 had someone call me back to inform me it was going to have to be at 12 that same Monday so I called Monday to confirm just for them to tell me I never had an appointment completed joke should not stay in business this was a medical necessity for a blood clot after a serious wreck completely unprofessional truly an embarrassment to the shoals area and med... read more

My husband had a severe allergic reaction to the contrast dye he was given for an MRI. Painful, burn- like blisters all over his face, chest, and arms. He called the radiology department and spoke with a nurse, who said he should just go see his PCP…Yea thanks for that. She should have arranged for one of Helen Keller’s doctors to have seen him that day without having to go through the whole process of going to the ER.
