Had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Vanden Berge, sales engineer with OTC. Very prompt, polite, and set up his repair staff to perform warranty work on our screw compressor. The repair tech, Eric, was nothing short of amazing. Looked at the compressor, found the issue, and said he had to order the parts. I go back 10 minutes later, and he is making the repairs!
