Horrible experience! Used every high comp in the county to value my farm for divorce settlement. Thats just one of the MANY ISSUES. Very incompetent Don’t know if they are stupid, lazy or did it on purpose. Do not recommend at all.
Daniel and team did a phenomenal job on my appraisal! They are extremely knowledgeable and are very detailed in the analysis they did. Beyond that, they were very friendly and responsive which was really appreciated as real estate transactions can be very stressful. Working with Keller, Craig, Associates gave me peace of mind that. Appreciate you guys! Definitely will use them again!
I would run or request another appraisal company if your bank advises you this is the company that was hired for your appraisal. Bank hired them to do a commercial appraisal for a 7 figure deal/refinance -- Established business RE heavy- operating just fine - in Keller Craig's comparables they used a distressed sale of a business that is a little similar but not in the same solar system of scale as ours and 2 other business types that are completely dissimilar to ours. I hired Keller Craig & Associates to appraise some land we had recently sold. I have to say they are Professional, thorough and the job was done very quickly.
