Daniel and team did a phenomenal job on my appraisal! They are extremely knowledgeable and are very detailed in the analysis they did. Beyond that, they were very friendly and responsive which was really appreciated as real estate transactions can be very stressful. Working with Keller, Craig, Associates gave me peace of mind that. I would run or request another appraisal company if your bank advises you this is the company that was hired for your appraisal. Bank hired them to do a commercial appraisal for a 7 figure deal/refinance -- Established business RE heavy- operating just fine - in Keller Craig's comparables they used a distressed sale of a business that is a little similar but not in the same solar system of scale as ours and 2 other business types that are completely dissimilar to ours.
