Keller Attic Insulation did an excellent job of re-insulating our crawlspace. They were punctual and informative, and they were upfront about what work needed to be done and what didn't.
I had a blockage in an external flue pipe that six other contractors could not fix. I phoned Keller Attic Insulation & Chimney Cleaning, and Giovanni was really responsive and persistent. He promptly discovered the problem and purchased replacement parts to complete the job. Furthermore, he was more efficient and cost-effective than the other contractors. I could not recommend him more.
High quality service from beginning to end. They were on time, looked over my attic and chimney, and explained the problems in detail. Carefully and safely, the chimney was cleaned. Additionally, they enhanced my attic's insulation, which lowered my energy costs. After the job, the crew cleaned up and showed respect.
The customer service was outstanding, and scheduling an appointment was simple. Jordan was extremely educated and resolved an issue that had been caused by a previous firm. He provided us with excellent advice on how to maintain our chimney. He was courteous and thorough. Strongly suggested!
