Isaac at Keller Caretaking - Spa Maintenance & Repair is super knowledgeable, resourceful and personable! We had a huge, old hot tub that no longer worked that we needed removed from our back yard. Isaac was able to safely disconnect all the electrical, move the huge hot tub without damaging my grass or fence and hauled it away for us. It was a big job and we are grateful that Isaac was able to help us! Thank you, Isaac!
Isaac and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable and persistent. Lots of delays from Fed Ex delayed the repair but once the part came in, they were on top of it! Excellent service!
Isaac was prompt, knowledgeable and communicated well with us to repair our hot tub. He came to our home, had the unusual part stocked on his truck, and repaired it all in one trip to our amazement! Efficient to say the least! We are extremely pleased with the service we received and will continue to use him!
