Tried out this shop because it's very close to my new house. Incredibly disappointed. Brought my car in for brake work (told them what probably needed to be done) and state inspection. Had an appointment for 8:30 am. No word from them all day, which usually means everything is good. So I called at 3 pm to check. They obviously didn't even look at the car close to my appointment time. Discovered the car needed parts that they were told would probably be needed, but now could not be done until the next day.
