Poor service. I wasn’t seen until like thirty minutes after my appointment time and finally seated. My original hair stylist who seems like one of the owners or just one of the older stylist double booked me with another person. They don’t really seem to be respectful with peoples time. Then she gave me to a younger hair stylist because I changed my mind based on how long they were taking to even start so I just got it washed and blow dried. Kellen and her team are amazing! I have been eyeing this establishment for a couple of years and I recently visited the salon for the first time to have a balayage done by Kellen. The results are second to none. She brought my hair back to life and brightened me up, all while keeping the health and integrity of my hair her priority.
