Staff is not friendly. Roads are horrible. Material is fine. Wait times to get loaded can be long.
It's very expensive to dispose of wood; other places have better prices. My experience wasn't very good the last time I went

I live in Powell and have tried to use their facility on Emory road. However this main facility in Alcoa fails to do their job of keeping stock in the Powell location. Even when customers call they still fail to provide acceptable customer service by stocking the materials. I would find a more reliable place to get your landscaping materials.
