Isabella was great, very prompt, answered all my questions a video requests. However I am a little disappointed, I asked for a squeak to be fixed on the ram I recently purchased. The truck was kept for an extra day and delivered to my residence, which was much appreciated, but the squeak was not fixed. I have also not been provided any documentation on what work may have been done to fix the issues. Otherwise a good, friendly purchasing experience.
Great experience with the staff. Everyone was courteous and never felt like I was being forced into a deal. Very happy with my overall experience. Ask for Isabella very nice sale person.
