Mike is good in the parts department. But it is a dealership and one that has little competition. They sell electric vehicles and will not service them! Have an issue with a drivetrain failure and they can't fix it or look at it. Every dealer that sell electric vehicles should have to be certified or at least let you know before buying they won't service it.
One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Laid back and no pressure at all and very workable on a great deal. My salesperson Jack was great and the rest of the guys in my deal. Being in business for over 114 years speaks volume!
Bought a vehicle remotely from another state. The salesman and manager were great! Very accommodating and helpful!
Awesome parts and service, never lie, never try to up sell service, just honest people, unlike the other dealerships in Ellensburg.
