Very friendly service!
Took a rim and tire into there in July 28.Paid for a new tire cause the guy was just about done with it found out the valve stem hole was rusted out and couldn’t safely install a new one. The current supervisor kept telling me every day that a new rim was shipped and coming in. Checked in every month to see if it was there. New supervisor got hired in January and finally got me the rim. But don’t know where the tire is and won’t give me a new one when I actually paid for the tire already!!
This shop is Reynold's now, but these guys are amazing!!! They are really respectful and always go above and beyond to take care of anyone they can! An employee offered to fix my tire on a day they were closed just so I didn't have a low tire with a car full of kiddos!! I have plenty more stories like this!!! Check them out!
Kelle Tire isn't the name of the tire shop anymore. The service by the new owner was great! Got 2 new tires at a great price, mounted and balanced as well. Instead of making my son wait to get the tires put on, they brought him home and returned to pick him up and pay for the tires. Bonus is they now have a very reliable mechanic on site Sydeworks Garage. Will definitely use them again!
